Returns, Refunds, & Warranty Policies

Within 15 days if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your undamaged, like new condition, LightReact products for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any item received for return that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be repaired at the owner's option and expense.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the form at the bottom of this page, or at and we will reply with mailing instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



For any defective LightReact Product during the Warranty Period of ONE (1) YEAR, LightReact will, at its sole choice, either repair or replace the product (or the defective part) free of charge or refund the purchase price. LightReact’s responsibility for defective goods is limited to this repair or replacement or refund. LightReact may change the availability of this Limited Warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

LightReact of 2726 Bissonnet, STE 240-400, Houston, TX, U.S.A. 77005 (“LightReact”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase so please contact LightReact before returning any item. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

LightReact warrants the LightReact target impact indication system product and the LightReact-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“LightReact Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with LightReact's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). LightReact’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and usage instructions published on the LightReact website. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

LightReact limits the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the Warranty Period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-LightReact branded hardware products or accessories, even if packaged or sold with LightReact hardware. LightReact does not warrant that the operation of the LightReact Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

LightReact Products are not targets and not intended to be shot. LightReact is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the LightReact Product’s use. Use of the LightReact Products in conjunction with the shooting of firearms, training, and competitions is inherently dangerous and damage to the LightReact Products is likely even if the use guidelines published by LightReact are followed. Engaging in these activities and use of the LightReact Products is ENTIRELY the choice of the end-user purchaser and done ENTIRELY at their own risk and responsibility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover liability for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind, including loss of revenue in connection with the sale, use, operation or repair of any LightReact Products. LightReact’s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the purchase price for the defective LightReact Product, and in no event shall LightReact be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
